Last week Rey was summoned by the developer of the house we are planning to buy. Not only him but all of the buyers who are applying for a house loan thru Pag-Ibig. A representative from Pag-Ibig is there to witness the presence of all the buyers before the loan is processed.
They say that they are targetting to turn over the property by mid-February. I am giving them until end of February since I don’t want to stress myself for waiting too much for them.
I can’t imagine myself planning too much especially for the design of our house. I have posted a lot on how I want the living room to look like, here and here. Would you believe that I am on the look out of switch plates that I want to put up.
I love the oak switch plates more than the others, this will come along best with the design of our living room.
