As I was blogging in this wee hours of the morning, I was shocked when one of my friend in facebook and an officemate Hazel posted about this tragic story about Kodak. Kodak have filled its bankruptcy yesterday according to Hazel’s post in FB.
I was saddened knowing about this. Kodak has been with me since my childhood. I suddenly remember one of the photo I have when I was about the age of my son, we’ll I believe I was less than three then. It was the only photo I had when I was small and that was before I was taken to Bicol by my dearest grand mother. Sad to say, that photo is gone already. Gone with Kodak already.
With all of these digital revolution happening from everywhere many of the things I have known during my childhood seems so strange nowadays. With all these digital games like angry birds, plants and zombie and play console such as xbox, wii game, PS3, not to mention those android phones and other gadgets. I wonder if my son will still learn how to play “taguan” or even “sipa” when he gets older. Or will they only hear that as part of history or subject in high school?
