Legian 2B here comes my little rascal!!!

I got news yesterday that we can move into our new place on 23rd July.  Rey and I are having mixed emotions with the move.  Yes, moving means a new home and its already OURS, but that comes with a lot of expenses because there are necessary repairs and additional we need to set up. We have to install screens on doors and windows, set up the laundry so I can continue my business, paint the wall and tile the floors. Even electrical switch plates needs to be checked to ensure that my little rascal will not have any chance of getting into trouble.

We visited the house about two weeks ago but Rey wants to see it again on Sunday to see if there are any improvement on the construction.  I  wish I can find a couple of hours free so I can go with Rey on his visit.

Have you noticed you stainless sink suffering from discoloration? It feels really bad if you are someone who wants to keep your kitchen shiny and shimmering.

You may not looking at your beautiful stainless sink but here are some reasons why it looks dull now, you might want to save your stainless undermount sink from all this….

• incredible beating during normal usage
• endures abuse from pots and pans being dropped in it
• (sometimes) painter will even use it to clean brushes and other gear

Those are just few reasons why the beauty of the sink  fades and is replaced with stains, scratches and discoloration. There are actually cleaning material you can but to restore the beauty of your lovely sink.  Its better to clean it of course than to buy a new one to replace. Just imagine how much work is needed to dismantle the old one and install the new one.

Isn’t it the flooring is nice?  I am trying to convince myself if I would like this shade of flooring or a lighter one.  I really wanted to have all light colors in our house, including ceiling and wall paint. But I guess I have to give in to this shade since Rey have already brought enough for our bedroom.  Even the granite tiles are shade of brown.  Good thing about it is that its quick step laminate flooring is a good quality flooring materials so I know we will have the best flooring.   I guess I have to improve the interior design so it will complement the nice flooring we have.

I can’t wait to see anyone at home appreciating the floor by just lying anywhere.  Thanks to our help, Ate Elong for keeping the floor shiny and clean.

Last Sunday, we visited again the property that we are eyeing to be loaned thru Pag-Ibig. This time we were able to find the correct house and lot.  I did not remember that we were advised that the property is located at Phase 2 and not Phase 1.  When we visited last month, we landed at Phase 1 but this time we got the correct property.

Rey was able to plan how he would manage the parking area to so his car will somehow fit into it.  There not much room but he will be able to do it anyway.

Upon visiting the model houses in front of the gate.  I feel in love with this side table especially made of television.  I like the way how the space under the stairs was utilize to store television set.   Thankfully, Rey agreed that we can have the same thing in the living room. I am eyeing to have at least one log furniture in the living area.  Hoping I can find one that will fit in our small living area and I will need a lot convincing excuses for Rey to agree.

We have stayed for more than a year now at the apartment we are renting, even then, Rey and I have dreamt of living in our very own house.

This particular picture I came across online inspired me of what I would like my living room to look like. Its a small one but looks really cozy.

Makes me wonder what other furniture I would like to have other the center table and the comfy sofa. I like to have a decent kitchen where I can cook meals for my kids and of course Rey. I hope I can find time to learn cooking soon.

I remember before Rey and I were having a chit chat before going to sleep and he asked me which part of the house I want to be meticulous with the design, I didn’t have an answer then, but now I already have. Its the kitchen. To be specific, I want a very nice faucet with a sensor and an undermount sinks. Having this, I will not want to leave my kitchen unclean and not organized.
