We visited Inay in Tondo last Saturday. Gab and I was surprised to learn that they are already packing their things and will be going to Bicol the next day. Obviously, I was not informed, simply because they don’t want me to envy their trip since I cannot go with them. That is because I was not able to ask vacation leave from the office.
Gab and me already miss grandmother as early as now. Would you believe that Gab keeps on requesting that we visit her always in Tondo. Gab knew if I am off from work so he will keep on saying “…nta, inay!…..nta, inay!…nta, inay!”. He still miss some sylables when he talks so that’s how he says it when he wants to go to Tondo.
I found some exciting gift for grandma at Shari’s Berries. I am sure Inay would like to have one of these so I am planning to buy one when she is back from Bicol. They will be there for a few weeks so I will make sure I have already placed my order when they arrive.
